"We were the only 2 quests for 1st night /morning & the staff were fantastic, we could not ask for more. Room, bed ok spacious bathroom with no slip tiles, only concern doorway only about 180cm clearance, at 195cm hit my head a few times. Hotel is out in the Mulga, so car a must to get around. "Bungalow quite comfortable and spacious bed very firm but suited us. Stayed two nights and think we were the only ones there. Very quiet but that was fine with us. We were given a lift up to main road on our departure day. Negatives, no tea coffee facilities after breakfast and no bottled water on second day or housekeeping. Difficult to get to any attractions without a car. Pool was great to cool down in after a days walking."

"I booked this for my wife and her mom. For the price they had terrible experience. Room was not at all as pictures. Old and run down, hard bad, hard pillows, broken door of the bathroom, toilet flush didn't work. Buffet breakfast didn't have many choices and was poorly organized as far as silverware and placement. "Terrible stay in my life experience. The electricity went out around 5pm and the hotel had no attendant after many attempts to contact them. Finally, decided to leave as it presented unsafe issue under 35 degree in temperature. Finally, a guy came in around 7:30pm with an emergency light and we gave the key back but could not get THB500 deposit back as the office was locked. On the following day, we contacted the hotel again and again while hotel.com also tried to contact them but without luck....
