"In my experience , this Super 8 doesn't deserve the poor reviews. For my stay, everything was fine. The room and bathroom were clean, everything worked, and it was very quiet. "Cute, renovated hotel in the heart of downtown. Fireplace in lobby was great on a cold night. Staff was friendly and room was comfortable. Bathroom was updated but it took a long time to get less than hot water in the shower. Biggest issue was lack of sound proofing. The room doors open right into the hall (no hall/bathroom buffer like newer hotels) and you can hear every conversation outside your room. We could also hear the alarm of the person across the hall going off for over an hour. ...
