"Hotel itself was great. Room was clean. Location cant be beat. Staff were very friendly. The only reason i rated it less than perfect had NOTHING to do with the hotel. Cannot stress enough—-the hotel was terrific! Heads up to travelers. The town of Portosin is nearly dead in the off season. "A good option if you want to spend time in Cambados- very central and within 2 minutes walk of the old town and very nice restaurants. Great to have a pool as well (albeit it doesn’t open until 11am). This is not, however, as nice as other paradors we have stayed at- the bathroom was tired, the room smaller than others and the aircon was poor. Some of the staff were also not very helpful. That all said, it’s still a great base to explore the region- just not a destination in itself."
