Wish we had the option of using the microwave in the deluxe suite we were in, but otherwise the experience was fantastic. They also offer free pick up and drop from Grindelwald train stations. "We were welcomed with a drink on the beautiful balcony while they brought our bags to the room. The room was spacious and air conditioned, however; the comforter was heavy. The breakfast was wonderful. A very nice buffet with an incredible view. They even had mimosas! The spa and outdoor tub looked nice but we did not use. We would definitely stay here again. "
