"Unfortunately only stayed one night , it was a mile from Houchins where we attended a wedding. We stayed in Maldon room , so gorgeous and comfy , we had breakfast provided in our room , everything has been thought of and attention to detail was second to none ! "

"The pub’s location is in a lovely rural location. Our room, ‘Old Bob’, with ensuite, was lovely, big and very clean. The room was very quiet and the bed and pillows were comfortable for a good nights sleep. We enjoyed our breakfast and we’d definitely stay again if the opportunity arose."

"The four rooms situated around a central courtyard contain an oldy worldy charm but with modern touches and have everything you could need for a stay away. Extra touches like the largest fluffiest towels you could want, lovely smelling shower washes, a high magnification mirror and a hairdryer with a diffuser attachment were very welcome. All of this topped off with a tasty cooked English breakfast and drinks in the morning. The service is second to none, staff are extremely friendly, helpful...
