the shower would not drain, standing in the shower water was not nice, called maintenance was told there was nothing that can be done to unclog the drain… each person needed to shower 5 minutes apart so as not to stand in the other persons bath water…

Extremely Disappointed — Not Worth the Stay From the moment I stepped into the hallway, I was met with a strong, mouldy odour, which carried over into the room. The carpet was visibly dirty, and the air throughout felt stale and unclean. The room was not cleaned daily, and fresh towels were not provided unless repeatedly requested. I had to call several times just to receive basic essentials like tissue and bottled water, which should have been standard. To make matters worse, the breakfast options were extremely limited and remained the same every day. There was no variety or effort to offer guests a better experience during their stay. Overall, this was a very poor showing for a hotel. The lack of cleanliness, poor service, and subpar amenities made the stay deeply disappointing. I would not recommend this property unless significant improvements are made across the board.
