"We were in room 369. It was quiet alright but I think it has been a while since the room was occupied as it smelled musty. My wife had sprayed Fabreeze and had already disinfected the room….knobs, tv remote, seats, refrigerator and bathroom so it was fine after we opened the patio door and let some fresh air in. Room was large. Breakfast was decent. Staff and personnel were pleasant and friendly. Place is close to shops and restaurants. 30 minutes to Marco Island. 10 minutes to downtown. ...

I mean the place was immaculate but that friggin kiosk when you check in and into the lobby is got to go I mean, whatever happened to human customer service. This is taking it over the edge, I went to the kiosk got my Paperwork and then got up to the second floor where I was directed to go and had no room number on the receipt so by the time I made it all the way back down to the lobby with all my luggage there’s two people in...
