I let the staff know when I checked out and they said they would let a manager know and that someone would get back to me about comping some money off our room. It’s been 3 days and I’ve left 3 messages but no return calls. I would definitely stay at this hotel again if management would respond to my messages. But I’ve got no return calls or emails. Very disappointed. "
