"Super great location in Olde Town! Rooms are small, but come on....are you really there to stay hang out in a hotel room? Nope. The room had all that you would need (except no washclothes...we brought our own because of past experience in France). The bed, pillow, and comforter (no top sheet as in most hotels in this region of Europe) were very comfortable! We are each meal at a different cafe in Olde Town...a must! The morning market came alive our first morning transforming the streets...

"It was a nice room. I thought I booked a canal view but it was street view. The room had some smell once I got inside. But then after I kept the balcony door open for a bit, it was gone and no more smell in the evening. The location is very central. So, I didn’t use any means of transportation, as I walked everywhere. They offer free tea/coffee at the dining area on the GF level. It’s a small boutique hotel. There’s no lift, so, accessibility may be an issue. I’d recommend this hotel. "

"The hotel was lovely to look at. The bed was perfect. The bathroom was new clean and modern. The shower had good hot water flow. The amenities were wonderful. For example there was hot coffee choices or tea every afternoon, with cookies. Each hotel employee was helpful and kind. We would definitely stay there again if in Annecy. "

"A one night stopover returning from the Alps. Fist room was small and there was a terrible damp small in the bathroom. We returned to reception and were allocated another room 230 which was much better with nice views over the lake and a little more space. Check in and friendliness of the reception team was very good. Overall, great location 25 minutes walk to town but right by the lake and next to a great Brasserie too. "
