"I’ve stayed in other budget IBIS hotels but this was particularly nice. Lovely area to relax close to the lobby, can fill a water bottle, play pool, relax in surroundings that are relaxing colours. No restaurant, just a vending machine. But there are restaurants that are walkable. City centre can be reached by metro which is a ten minute walk away. "

"The hotel was perfect for an overnight stay. The staff were friendly and caring and assisted as needed. It would be better if parking was included in the stay and we could have driven straight to the underground parking. This could have saved us some time and confusion. Breakfast inc and was sufficient enough for this hotel. "

"This is a cost effective hotel in a good location in regards to the centre of Rouen. Lots of local shops are walkable and it’s easily accessible by car. The staff are friendly and the rooms are clean etc. The car parking situation is… acceptable. It’s incredibly tight, really not for any longer vehicles. My Jag barely fit in and out and the spaces definitely weren’t wide enough for it. It’s also not the cheapest parking option locally - so worth baring in mind. "

"Cheap and cheerful! Quiet location in an industrial area. Clean towels and bed linens but the floor was dirty in the corners, edges. We found some old peanuts which was lucky as we had a puppy with us. Free, secure car parking. En route between Calais and South West, so no big diversion. Perfect one night stop over."

"The staff were very friendly. Bed was very comfortable. No food only Pizza for dinner. Which was cold in middle and heated in microwave. No tea and coffee facilities. No fresh milk just UHT. If your using it just for stop over and just need a place to crash excellent as bed was nice shower was great as well"

"We needed a stop off for one night on the way to the west coast of France - and this turned out to be one of the best hotels we’ve ever stayed at. Welcoming staff, very comfortable room for a family of 4, an amazing outdoors area (tennis / table tennis / pool / lawn area) with good food and drink provisions. One of the best hotel stays I’ve ever had!"

"Instructions for parking need to be much clearer. You need to use St Sever shopping centre car park. Breakfast on day 2 very poor service - only seemed to be one person covering reception and breakfast. Generally good location for stopover as near motorway but easy walk to central tourist area "
