Staff was excellent. I accidentally left some personal items in the side table drawer, and Jen (?) facilitated a UPS pickup and delivery of the items, which arrived at my door two days later! No charge from the hotel, only the UPS fee. I was very impressed with the overall trip. The room was comfortable ...
