"Great location and accommodating to foreigners. Worth booking if you are looking for a "apartment hotel" with a kitchen and space to do your own thing. Imagine the space and number of beds would be a great benefit for larger groups. Bear in mind there is no check in staff to assist unless directly requested. But this was what we looked for so worked well!"

"The hotel service was good. The room was clean and the breakfast buffet was okay (just okay). I really liked the availability of bicycle rentals. My only real complaints (but impacted my comfort significantly) was absence of a lockbox in my room and the super uncomfortable pillow. On my double wide size bed was a single tiny pillow that was more like a small sandbag than a pillow. It was too hard and small making it very difficult to sleep with. "また泊まりたいとは思いません。お部屋の洗浄度は良くて商店街から徒歩5分程度なので便利ですが、スタッフの態度が酷過ぎてこの評価にしました。予約は4名、お布団4セットでお願いしていたのですが部屋に着いたら布団とタオルが2セットしかありませんでした。スタッフに連絡したらとんでもない態度されて、私の予約方法が間違っていたと怒鳴りつけられました。布団を欲しいなら1セットに対して3300円の追加料金が発生するなど、とにかく客としてこれほど失礼な喋り方されたのは初めてでした。最終的にはそちらの予約受け取り内容に誤りがあったと謝罪をしてきて布団とタオルセットを2個持ってきてくれましたが、最初の対応時の態度があまりにも酷くてここにはもう泊まりたくないと思いました。"

"Very new and modern rooms with a confortable bed. Kitchen utensils cost 1000yen/ day extra and were cheap plastic and barely usable. They were like toys. Other than that this room met all our needs."

"Clean, reliable property. We felt safe and enjoyed our stay. Lots of amenities. Only complaint is with the way the walls are built, neighbors lights poor in through the gap near the ceiling at night making it hard to sleep if you need darkness to do so. "

"It was a fine hotel, about a 10 minute walk from tge main bustling area of town. The staff spoke mainly Japanese only, but were super helpful despite the language barrier. Breakfast was good rather tgan excellent, as was the hotel in general."

"Fusaki is an amazing resort! Everything you need for a fun and relaxing family vacation all in one. My family of 5 stayed in a 3-bed tatami room. We have plenty space and a balcony. The shower was hot and the toilet in a separate room to ease morning congestion inside the room. It's December and consider off season so some amenities or excursions were not available. We made good use of the indoor pool, spa, available restaurants. The breakfast was excellent and included. Dinner in the Ishigaki Bold Kitchen was exceptional as well. We recommend renting a car as the resort is in a peaceful area of the island, so transportation is a must if you want to explore. Lastly, my family and I recommend this resort for a family vacation and we are already planning to return!"

"Love everything about this hotel! The staff were friendly and helpful, the breakfast buffet was amazing, and the room was clean. The location was close to the shopping center, so it took less than 10 minutes to walk there. Would definitely return on our next trip to Ishigaki."

"Overall a decent hotel for the money. The room, while tiny was adequate for my needs and the bed was comfortable enough. Breakfast was included for free, but there wasn't much to choose from although at this price point it's better than absolutely nothing. There's a FamilyMart just across the street which is very convenient. The ferry terminal is only a 10 minute walk away as is most of the restaurants and izakayas. The staff were very polite and friendly. The room had a small fridge which was handy and the air conditioner worked fine(thank god). One annoying thing was that the cold water from the tap was never actually cold, so if you want cold water buy it from the FamilyMart across the street. I would recommend this hotel and happily stay again."
