"This hotel is located within or next to the Kagoshima Chuo train station, which is very convenient for train travel and lots of dining and shopping to chose from. Hotel and room were very comfortable and clean, and the staff was very nice and helpful. Toiletries and amenities were provided in the lobby. There is a tourist information desk near the hotel entry so it’s convenient. I would recommend this hotel for visitors looking for a right priced hotel with great location and comfort."

"Very lovely hotel, staff was friendly, and the location is close to many wonderful shopping areas and food selection. Only down was the room was sooo hot even with the windows open we were sweating. The best feature in the room was the ceiling fan which is the only added feature so we could at least sleep comfortably "

"I had a superb stay at NaHaNa hotel. It is walkable to lots of shops and restaurants. The room was spacious and comfortable. The breakfast was superb. You will never need to have lunch after the breakfast here."

"This hotel is “The classy” hotel. Built a while ago, so it has old charm everywhere. Love the option that you can play music BGM that you can enjoy in your room. "The hotel connects directly into Hakata station, and so moving around using the public transport systems was so easy! There are also many restaurants that are easily accessible. The room itself was very clean, with the basic amenities provided. It’s a solid 3.5-4 out of 5 star hotel."
