"Came down for orientation for my oldest daughter. It was super convenient to everything on campus. If i had any complaints it would be there was no tv in the bedrooms, and there wasn't very much coffee to start the day. Outside of that the place was very clean and looked exactly like the listing. Wpuld definitely stay there again."

"We drove up at night and were nervous it was not in a nice part of town .. it was behind a gas station by a ravine/canal but in the daytime it was perfectly fine!!!! So cute! The landlord was so helpful. The water had been turned off by the city for some unknown reason and she sent over a plumber right away. Couldn’t have been nicer. Place was great. Had to mk my own bed, the sheets were not on the bed.. which was weird. But at least I knew they were clean!"

Inside was so well decorated, the beds and pillows were comfy, the house was set up for entertaining, the ice machine was my favorite… I honestly could feel the southern hospitality without the host even there! I didn’t love the power company being our view in the front yard but really we didn’t use the front at all bc the back was perfect! Great stay, very updated, great communication with host! I highly recommend! We walked to Dt Tuscaloosa, the strip and campus too!...

"Great location and access to the surrounding colleges for a baseball tournament. Rooms were clean and house clean as stocked with necessities. 3 bedrooms. Front bedroom you can hear the noise from the road all night long. My son slept there and was completely fine. He can sleep through anything. Back bedroom was perfect for this who like the dark and quiet."

"Nice house, lots of bedrooms, very comfy bed...we only used one bedroom. Location was good for our needs. Kitchen has everything you would need and there are nice touches like coffee, snacks, tissue etc. The only drawback was cleanliness. Floors were not clean. Linens for other bathrooms were left in dryer and we folded them. Didnt need them for our stay. Management was very responsive and helpful."
