WARATAH LANE ACCOM.
Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I rented 2/4 Waratah Lane, Evans Head for family after Xmas. Location was great but overall they weren’t happy with it. They were dissatisfied with the general condition of the place. Only one air-conditioner in lounge in the whole place no fans in Bedrooms. Not clean, rug on floor in lounge was dirty. Mould ipn washing machine. Had no problem with Property Management Team. Wouldn’t recommend to anyone till it was cleaned professionally and it needs fans or air conditioning installed in Bedrooms.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Beautiful Villa lots of room , walking distance to shops clubs cafes . We had booked through an App another place to stay , received phone call from Elders when we were on our way that it had been double booked. They were very helpful and organised this Villa and linen. Luckily it wasn’t a time they were closed. Would stay here again Would use Elders directly when staying in Evans Head again.
