"We came to stay in this area to attend my best friend's wedding. There were around 100 guests at the wedding and everyone had rented a home in the area. Our location was perfect! We were near other guests, the venue, and several breweries. There were several activities planed at the resort as well. "Very comfortable well appointed house in an excellent location. The proximity of the AT and hikes we could walk to was greatly appreciated. The deck was wonderful…we utilized the gas fire pit every night. The trees blocked our view of mountains but we enjoyed listening to music and watching the squirrels. "

"Most importantly, Bob is a kind and welcoming host and his property is in a great location Charlottesville. The price is also unmatched, though there could be a few improvements to the guest space. The fridge contained old food, there was no hand soap in one bathroom, and there were no trash bags. Also, there are only two beds, not three (best of my knowledge). If the place becomes more suited to VRBO guest needs, it will become a top spot to stay. Very thankful for Bob's flexibility with coming...

"We had a fantastic day at this property! The house is great and easily includes enough room for two couples with two kids, so the two of us had plenty of room. We really enjoyed the hot tub and mountain views. We were really close to one of the ski slopes, so staying here if you are a skier would be ideal. And it was just a short 10 minute walk to the local market to get supplies. The owner reached out to make sure we had everything we needed. "
