"We enjoyed our stay at this place, with a clean and comfortable suite, and a great location with stunning views. However, our check-in experience was a bit rocky. We encountered issues with the lock key, and despite repeated calls, it took around 45 minutes for someone to arrive and assist us. Luckily, someone checked the message on Hotels.com, or we would have been left stranded. Despite the late check-in (around 9 pm), we appreciated the eventual help.
