"The check-in process could improve, I didn't receive any check-in notifications as stated in the booking information, however once I contacted the owner, it was easy peasy. The property was super nice and updated, with a pool and hot tub. We stayed in the handicap accessible room and I've never stayed in a more accommodating place for upscale accessibility! We wish we could have stayed longer!"

"Love this house, love the view, the ease of access to Conical Hill and the walking tracks. It's well laid out with the bedrooms downstairs, plenty of comfy beds, fire place upstairs which allows the house to get really warm, the kids loved the loft. Everything you could possibly need in the kitchen. The hot tub was awesome too. Loved the stay. Thank you :)"

"The house is lovely. From the outside it's underwhelming, but inside it is really lovely.The pre-stay communication was poor sorry. Multiple messages via the website received zero replies. No reply to further messages in the 24 hours prior to the booking, hence not even able to confirm this booking was genuine. Only received info how to check in after I phoned the one phone number received the day prior to check in. Only other suggestion re the house is perhaps could provide soap, basin...
