"Stayed here one night. The staff were incredibly friendly and knowledgeable about the area and patient with some demanding customer that was there when I checked in. My room was clean and had everything I needed. Would definitely stay here again. I might chose a different room either a third street or courtyard room as my room overlooked a neighbouring buildings deck and they were out there a lot so had to keep my blind closed. The in room coffee was good too! "

The only not exceptional aspect was the noise, but that’s to be expected in a big busy city. Palihotel provided ear plugs to help with the noise, which was greatly appreciated. "
