"The property was a good price for Seattle. We were able to find street parking during our three night stay. The common area was nice, although we never used it. The biggest bummer was not being able to use the television during our entire stay. The remote was broken and didn’t work when we put new batteries in. We let them know on the first day and the response was “I’ll let the housekeeper know.” We wouldn’t stay there again although it’s not a bad option."

"This hotel had one of the most comfortable beds I've ever slept on I missed breakfast once because of how hard it was to wake up. "Stayed here 6 years ago and I was surprised the motel has remained so clean. It had recently been renovated and I'd say they've continued with that as the decor and furnishings have been updated. This place is clean and not what you'd expect for the <$75 rate. No fanfare, no morning breakfast, but there's coffee and water for tea. If the insulation was better and you didn't have to struggle with rude TV neighbors, it would be great. Close to many eateries, fast food, Walmart, etc. "
