"Clean and staff was accommodating. The pillows are small, so I always ask for extra... Also, I called ahead to make sure they knew about my pet allergy.. I was told the hotel was pet free and smoke free... I don't smoke, so no issue there, and was glad to hear there would be no pets, but one of the days I was using the elevator someone walked in with their dog. It did not have a service animal vest on and didn't show signs of being a service animal. I know now not to trust the staff when I call...
