"even though it is an older property,it is by far one of the cleanest property we have stayed at. when you enter the room it has a fresh clean smell. Nice furniture, clean bathroom and nice linens. comfortable bed. AND, of course the view from the balcony is awesome. adequate continental breakfast. Staff was friendly and helpful. "

"Our stay was great! Jennifer, the manager of the motel, checked us in personally, and also gave us a map of the surrounding area as well as suggestions of hiking spots and of good restaurants. The other woman working the office, whose name I didn’t catch, was also very sweet and helpful. The hotel room was very clean, had all the accommodations we needed, and we felt very safe while there. "One day sat on the patio overlooking the water for about four hours. Doing nothing in particular. The owners and some of his people were delightful to chat with. They run a boat charter as well as the STR. They had lots of toys to play with if you wanted to go kayaking or things like that. Only comment I made to Randy was he needed fluffy pillows!!! And yes, I’m a snob. "

"Neighborhood is not well cared for-- place opens onto trashy parking lot. Trash and debris outside the door caused a stink/unclean entrance-- should be cleared better. A door mat as you enter apartment would help. Apartment is worn, with basic amenities but all inside was clean and functional, except TV. We had to call host when TV would only show one channel. They brought over a Roku that my tech-savvy husband had to set up. A converter for the Roku-to-power plug was not included with the Roku, so we had to use one of ours. It would allow us to connect to wi-fi then tv went black due to "no signal". Our guess is tv is not configured for Roku. Bad quality tv anyway and in awkward, hanging on entrance to bedroom, set-up. "

"We just moved to the area and were waiting on our house to be ready. Upon arrival we were pleasantly surprised with a wonderfully appointed house. Anything that a cook can want was available, including minor food items. After days on the road it was a welcome rest. We were able to explore the area with confidence while our personal affects stayed at the rental. The towels are soft, the beds are incredible and the space itself is beautiful and simply decorated. I highly recommend this property to anyone coming to the area, the value is incredible for the cost per night. This was a blessing for our family and we cannot thank you enough. "
