Besides the 55/per night valet, this has been the best property I’ve stayed at in Hilton. I just wish I didn’t get a room so low and had a nice view like my last one. But everything else besides that and the forced valet was nice!

Hotel was well maintained and staff during the stay was pleasant. My only disappointment- I received an email from the hotel stating that if there was anything the could do to make the stay more special to let them know. So I took up the offer. I shared with the hotel that I was proposing to my partner during the stag and asked if a they could do ANYTHING that would make it more special. I then received a text message from Dexter from the hotel concierge stating unfortunately “no.” LOL

Overall, the experience was quite well. The rooms are not as nice as they are in the pictures that was disappointing to begin with and at the end of the vacation we were presented a bill of over $400 only in resort, taxes, fee fees.

While overall this is a nice property, all our pillows (three separate rooms on two different reservations) smelled like old fryer old - similar to McDonalds. The rooms that faced the street will hear street noise (even on the 20th floor). Nick (Bar) and the folks at the 24/7 restaurant are great though!

This is my go-to hotel when staying in Waikiki as it is walking distance to the beach and International Marketplace. The resort fee/valet fee is a bit pricey but that’s normal for the area, some of the other hotels charges higher. It is in a convenient location to other attractions as well. Easy access to and from the freeway. Clean lobby and rooms. Ocean view rooms are highly recommended for that perfect Hawaiian glow (sunset/sunrise). Staff are super friendly. M.A.C. Restaurant is conveniently located in the hotel for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. A coffee shop is also next to it ( they serve Starbucks).

The best part of this hotel is the closeness of the beach. Majority of staff are not the friendliest. Tour desk staff were most approachable. Bell desk two particular girls were extremely dismissive and simply ignored me while I stood there watching them have discussions laughing with themselves and flirting with another male staff. No acknowledgement or even an Aloha, when finally asked it felt that we were a bother. Overall not a great experience for our first time at this Hilton. Will not recommend or return for to stay.
