The worst stay. The noise from the remodel is enough to cause anxiety and a migraine. No complimentary water, besides first 2 or coffee, cold showers, cold pool. World traveler who never complained until this because it was so bad!

Do Not Stay Here! ESPECIALLY Lagoon Tower room 244. There is no hot water in the shower or sink. The bed is extremely uncomfortable (like sleeping on a rock). The sheets and “blanket” are very thin and because everything here is at an absolutel bear minimum there is no extra blanket provided. Outside the room there is a constant hum (maybe from the radio station right under the room?) You cannot sit outside without hearing it and even in the room it is loud. To top it all off, there was hair all over the sink from a previous guest shaving in there and it not being cleaned up. If we could give this property negative stars it would still not do it justice to just how bad it is. Literally stay anywhere else if you can.

We loved the property, size of rooms and balcony. Don the Beachcombers restaurant served excellent food, and the Mai Tai’s super delicious. The pool area was perfect for a few hours of sun. Definitely would go back for a stay!!

Located in the best oceanfront location. Unfortunately, the hotel’s main building where I stayed, is old and tired and needs renovations. The restaurant in the lobby has a stellar location, but the dishes are pretty staid and unimaginative. I do fully appreciate that their daily hotel rates represents the overall situation there, and on that basis, it’s an affordable option that’s acceptable.

The restaurant was closed the entire time. I was pissed. Instead they had everyone eat at their Sport Bar which meant that single guys (like me) ended up sitting at a high table in the bar. I didn't pay resort prices to sit at a high table in a sports bar. DO BETTER! Plus, they are woefully understaffed which meant ALL THOSE PEOPLE were trying to eat in one restaurant that is understaffed. Wait times were regularly 30 minutes. More staff means more seating means lower wait times. Again, BE BETTER! It's just managed in a way to make as much money as possible off of a captive audience. I don't appreciate being squeezed for my hard earned cash while I'm at a RESORT on vacation. The people/ the staff are great and they are their only saving grace because the management is terrible. I will NOT be back.

We had an ocean view room on the 2nd floor. We left the balcony room door open a bit at all times so that we could hear the waves crashing on the rocks outside the room. It was so peaceful and the view from the balcony was just amazing. I could have watched the waves all day long.
