Booking through the hotel may be easier, however the hotel was accommodating and switched our rooms to what we had intended to book (ocean view full) they also did nice things for us on our anniversary. Overall we are happy with the hotel. I’d give 3 stars to Expedia though for the lack of appropriate photos for the room you’re booking.

Hotel was nice and clean but they tried to up sale me a room I already paid for, also I requested connecting rooms but since I argued about reservations I made on rooms looking at the beach not next door building, they gave me rooms far apart. I went back and talked to someone else and the only thing I got was rooms closer but not connected. And traveling with kids that’s a must.

The noise in my room never stopped. The lock on my door didn’t work, instead of switching me to another room, they continuously tried to fix it but didn’t. I spent hours waiting outside my room for maintenance to let me in. My room wasn’t cleaned even one single time (probably because the lock didn’t work) entire time I was there.
