I liked the convenience of location near several good eateries, the cleanliness of the room and lighting [except one major lamp had a messed up cord and didn't work], TV, internet, all easy. It was quiet all night which I much appreciated.

Serviceable at best. The name should be changed to ashtray acres. The entire hotel, including the office smells like a dirty ashtray. Ashtrays full of butts are conveniently located outside every single room, including those dubbed "non-smoking". Don't believe there are non-smoking rooms for 1 second.
