A completely filled rubbish bin along with a full recycling bin were sitting right by the front entrance (After I called and complained, it was not removed until the following day). "Good overall. Kitchen facilities good apart from one gas job which didn’t work, fortunately there was another. Beds good apart from the loft bed was too short and too soft. Bathrooms good apart from scruffy windows. Loft access very steep and really unsuitable as a bedroom. Windows were rather dirty and scruffy and difficult to open. "Clean, comfortable, cozy, warm and well equipped, just like home. We had a lovely stay. Tennis court was really nice and bird song was the only sound outside (no road noise). 10-15 minute drive from Falmouth, lovely walks to beaches and great on-site cafe. Lyn couldn't have been more helpful. She gave us loads of advice about what to do and where to go."
