"Lovely 1 night stay at Greenbank - such gorgeous views from so many aspects. Dog friendly, but it is £20 a night for a dog to stay - bit steep, but probably for extra cleaning?? Fab breakfast - cooked to order - so no buffet. Made me more restrained and less greedy. Plenty of other restaurants with a 10 minute walk along the harbour. Thoroughly recommend."

"Relaxing two night break including breakfast and room service. Quality of food was excellent. Service was also excellent. The room was a very good size with a bath and separate toilet. The hotel is dog friendly and there is a great walk through the gardens, golf course and onwards to the South West coast path. "

"Free parking outside the hotel (a bonus), greeted on entry and helped with check in. Rooms were adequate with ensuite bathroom. Breakfast was a little different: limited cereal option but different bread options for toast. A new one to me was the set menu for cooked breakfast- made to order. Also a choice of teas and coffee. Swimming pool and steam room downstairs as well. A quiet location, a short distance from the shopping areas on each side. 10-15 minute walk or drive it in less. Another feature was book a taxi at the touch of a button. Finally couldn't fault the staff for their excellent customer service. I would recommend this hotel - mainly for couples and friends. Although I would stay here again myself."
