"This is a great family hotel. My kids loved the inflatables in the pool and spent the afternoon there. Breakfast was amazing and again they thought of the kids, offering sprinkles for kids to add their amazing waffles. My kids had such a great time we extended our stay for 2 extra days. They had a great vacation and want to go back!"
"This property is beginning to show its age, but the main issue for me was that they charge for parking, but don’t tell you about it until AFTER you put your credit card in for incidentals AND they don’t give you a tag or verify parking, so it’s really just an arbitrary fee and there are signs EVERYWHERE telling customers they aren’t responsible for stolen items, which leads me to believe they have that issue frequently. "The hotel itself was phenomenal. I’d stay there anytime I went to San Antonio. The one and only complaint was that it was hard to get to. There was a lot of construction and we had to go up a one-way to get to the hotel which felt rather unsafe. "
