Rough start. Good ending.
The house had not been cleaned when we arrived at check in time. It took about an hour to communicate the issue with our host and 5 hours later to get into the cleaned unit. It was cleaned well, the host gave us a local contact who was readily responsive and adjusted our fee for the inconvenience. There had been a mix up between cleaners and host regarding the date of our arrival.
