"I actually thought (based on the pictures) it was just one bedroom and the futon in the living room as the "second" bedroom. But I was pleasantly surprised to have two full bedrooms with King sized beds. Cute property, I really loved that the unit was over the carport, so we didn't have to worry about my toddler stomping around. Bathroom and beds were clean.
