"We have stayed at many hotels but the Grand Mercure may have been the best hotel experience we’ve ever had from the staff to the cleanliness of the hotel. The entire staff were extremely friendly and were willing to assist in any way they could. One of the staff member that stood out to us was Rajneesh, thank you for your assistance. "Hotel itself was fine, clean and in good condistion apart from a persistent smell from the bathroom. The service was good but the noise from within the hotel was horrendous and went on all night. One other odd element was a window in the room overlooking a communal seating area with only a ill fitting blind protecting your modesty. We only stayed 1 night otherwise would have reconsidered our options."

"utterly utterly bad,never ever ever will stay here, to start with bad, filthy, smelly rooms, no locks on cupboard, no hot water (in Dec) had to wait for heating rod for 3hours, tried to charge for complimentary water bottle had to argue to get it free, breakfast only 2 pooris that too delivered in room (after 10.00 AM only) anything extra is chargeable, after breakfast at 10.00 AM when do they expect to go for work, VERY VERY WORST these are honest opinion and anyone doesn't believe please do...
