Host is very nice and although only living steps away from the cottage is very mindful and respectful of privacy. I will note, after reading some of the reviews here I was worried about cleanliness, however that was not an issue at all, everything was very clean and we saw no problems with this property"

"Everything was as described in the listing, lots of space and room. The owner was phenomenal, kept communicating with us to ensure wer alright and didn't need anything. The kids had lots of fun from playing board games, using the jacuzzi to swimming ( beach is about 5 min away). Over all it was great."

We felt right at home as the cottage had all the amenities that we needed for a peaceful and relaxing fall mini vacation. A large waterfront property with a stunning view of the river. "Very clean and quiet, which is exactly what we were looking for. Had a really great time with our friends. Would definitely recommend for a simple and very quiet getaway! Beautiful deck to sit and eat overlooking the pond. The host was very nice and was prompt with her responses for all of the questions we had. Will definitely return!"

"The house is huge - the furniture is quite shabby - couches on blocks of wood. Beds are falling apart. Only sheets provided not a single blanket in the house and only a couple of towels. The outdoor area was completely overgrown and the firepit had no usable area to sit around it. The decks were huge. There was no bbq that was usable and the canoe was full of holes.
