Located a 5 minute drive for Bournemouth (Hurn) Airport, and a quick 10 minute drive along the A338 to Bournemouth town centre and Bournemouth beaches.

Hallway
Step into a spacious, carpeted hallway featuring a large cupboard for coats and also containing an iron and ironing board for your convenience. Double doors lead into the expansive lounge, creating a seamless flow throughout the property.
Lounge/diner
Bathed in natural light, the lounge/diner offers an airy retreat. Floor-to-ceiling windows provide panoramic views of both the front and back gardens.
A large eight-seater dining table sits beneath a window overlooking the front garden, while a reclining corner sofa invites relaxation. Entertainment is taken care of with a 50” Smart TV, which you are welcome to use along with the complimentary WiFi to sign in to your favourite streaming platform.
The living area is complemented by a secondary seating area with armchairs and a small table. Overall, the lounge/diner is the perfect space to unwind and entertain, with plenty of space for everyone.

Heathside Retreat boasts a wraparound garden, predominantly laid to lawn for a serene ambiance. Tall trees behind the fencing create a private haven. Some areas feature hard standing with a bistro table and a four-seater dining table, ideal for al fresco dining or enjoying a cup of coffee in the morning.
Master & ensuite
The master bedroom exudes luxury with a grey upholstered super king-size bed.
Windows overlook the rear garden, while built-in wardrobes, a vanity unit with a mirror, and bedside tables offer ample storage.
The ensuite is a generously proportioned sanctuary with floor-to-ceiling tiles in a timeless black and white design. Equipped with both a bath and a walk-in power shower, the ensuite also features a WC, basin, wall-mounted mirror, and a heated towel rail. We will provide towels and mini toiletries for use during your stay.
