Even my tour to Giants Causeway was convenient - about four/five blocks to the pick up spot. Great that the Christmas market at Belfast City Hall was on as that was just a few blocks. Downside was the aircon wasn’t working & the room was very warm and they said they would get it sorted but never did. I believe they probably don’t want to turn it on because of cost but don’t want to say! I was disappointed that for a five star hotel the hairdryer didn’t have a nozzle on the end. Small thing I know!"

"On arrival at reception, greeted by Michael and checked in. Very smooth and Michael was very helpful, even arranging for a room on a lower floor First impressions of the hotel were very positive. Room was very clean, tidy and comfortable. The food in the hotel was very good, breakfast and evening meal. All staff were were friendly and helpful. The hotel is situated in a very good location. The bus station is only a 5 minute walk. Would definitely stay at the Hampton again "
