I’m very middle class with a state job, and this place feels like self care. I’ve stayed at a few pretty nice places in Seattle but I’ve yet to go back to them ever since I first stayed at the Regency. "

The hotel staff were very friendly (although short staffed in the food service area) and helpful. The hotel just needs some updates (the bathroom plumbing, dated carpet in room). "The property was beautiful old world style, spacious room and very clean. The bathroom could do with an upgrade, I dislike shower curtains amd would prefer a sink in the bathroom, not outside. I would also like teaspoons and milk in the room instead of timber stirrers and powder creamer. I think this would be more 5 star. On the whole a lovely hotel, good service and clean. Although they did lock us out of our room 5 minutes before we were due to check out..a little annoying. Would recommend...
