"Resort was outdated, staff was not freindly, would not say hi or even ask you if you wanted a drink at buffet, sometime the seat you, other time they say go find a seat. food ran out quick not many options for food, beach was very nice, pools one was green and dirty they add alot of chemical and it clear up, other pool was fine food and snack bar service very very slow, liquor option was the very cheapest you could have, no captain smirnoff or any american mid shelf liquor avalible."

"The staff were all very nice and welcoming and helpful. As for the room it looked like it had seen better days. The bathroom had cracked tiles and there was zero water pressure in the shower and at one point the water turned off all together. There was one single desk chair in the room and we had to bring in the balcony chairs inside just to have somewhere to sit down. I’m sure this room used to be nice when the hotel was first build but it looks like they haven’t done any refreshing or updating of the rooms since. Also we were kind of surprised at the lack of amenities. There was no pool. The gym was unavailable and there really just wasn’t anything on property other than the spa which we didn’t visit. A lot of money for a run down hotel. "
