If your climbing Flagstaff Hill from Four Mile Beach, make sure you walk all the way up and down the other side, We met some people coming down as they didn't think it led anywhere, but It is so picturesque just over the top all the way down the other side.
It's a long walk up the hill for a quick picture if you don't have a car. Get a lift with someone!
