"We stayed when they first opened, and it was awesome. Now, a few years later, we were disappointed to find the staff in the bar/restaurant area to be more interested in talking to one another than attending to patrons staying at the hotel. Customer service needs a boost to give it an excellent rating again."

"This place is so cute! We stopped here on our move to Dallas! The front desk staff was so friendly and accommodating! But the BEST part was the King bed- that was literally the best night sleep I have gotten! I am obsessed with the mattress, I even asked the guy at the front desk what kind of mattress it was lol! Also, this was super affordable in mid February! If you are looking for a nice relaxing day in Flagstaff with an amazing night sleep, definitely check out Little America hotel!"

Hotel Elev8 Flagstaff I-40 Exit 198 Butler Ave

3.0 star property
8.8 out of 10, Excellent, (3326)
"We love staying at this hotel when we are in flagstaff. Friendly staff, great location, clean rooms, 24 hour hot tub, they allow pets. This trip there was a dog across the hall from us and the guests must have left them in the room by himself overnight and he started barking and scratching at his door at 5:45am. Was still doing it intermittently when we left at 11 am and the staff was not doing anything about it. I felt so bad for the dog and hope the guest was told they could not return. "
