"My husband and I rented this property for the month of February 2024. It was conveniently located near Founder’s Park, Theater of the Sea, several restaurants, grocery stores, businesses and in a very safe and quiet neighborhood. Our daughter and her family visited for several days during our stay and the back of the property was great for entertaining. Although these owners reside on the premises they vacated the property during most of our stay so as to allow us our privacy as we enjoyed our vacation. There is a pool, hot tub and an outdoor dining area as well as a moveable basketball hoop which provided our family many hours of entertainment. This home is situated on a canal giving us the opportunity to fish and enjoy frequent visits from manatees nurse sharks and various marine life. We did have an issue with the dishwasher but we notified the owners of the property and they promptly made an effort to address the problem which was easily resolved. We found these owners to be very friendly and welcoming as we enjoyed our winter get-away!"
