"We had a nice time at first but apparently we were not registered in the system so we had a worker, maybe the owner, walk in our room without knocking or calling in the morning. It was all very awkward as I was still sleeping. She also kept asking when we would check out even though it was 1.5 hours prior to check out. The area was quiet and easy to hop on and off the interstate which was the only good part about that place plus Waffle House and gas station nearby was a plus. I am not sure if we...

"Room was big. Beds were comfortable. Shower was awesome. Best breakfast of all the hotels that offer free breakfast. The staff was friendly and helpful. Cookies were a nice touch after a long day on the road. "

"Price was great. Really enjoyed the stay. The ambiance was as though we stepped back into the past. Loved that when we arrived 3 hours early, our old style key was waiting for us at the desk. We enjoyed walking to the restaurants, bars, and lake ( Christmas Reflections was fantastic) If you’re expecting 5 star resort vibe ( we werent ) the place is not for you. We were hoping for some super natural abnormal activity but nothing in Room 3. Maybe the twins were busy in another room. Lol would...

"This is by far the nicest motel I've ever stayed in. Oir room was clean and comfortable, there was plenty of parking, the staff was friendly, and there were places to eat nearby."
