"great location, loved the fenced in yard, very convenient. The house cozy clean and well stocked. We would have loved not having to go into fenced yard to enter. The key didnt work in the front door. we didnt want to leave a light on due to mosquitos. we bought a couple flash lights and that helped. "We had a brilliant stay and only wished it could have been longer. The state park is superb, with great biking trails and good facilities at the campsite. The cottages are a great place to stay. "We were in the area celebrating our 16 year old daughters birthday with a couple of her friends. Initially she was disappointed we weren't right on the beach but the minute we walked into our adorable little 'cottage', 4 otherwise hard to please teenagers fell in love. The beach was close enough, we got to walk to Ron Jon and for some really delicious ice cream (at Pete's), and there was plenty of good food in the area! We couldn'tstay!stay!staystay!"

"This small 1600 square foot house was an excellent choice. The neighborhood was quiet and away from the busyness. The backyard was incredible with plenty of sitting and resting areas. For such a small backyard, it was packed with amenities. I can’t say enough about all the well thought out features of the stay. Kim was a wonderful host, making sure all of our needs were met. "This is our second time staying here and we will be back every year! We bring our family for cheer competition at the wharf. This year I was very close to delivering our baby and wasn’t sure if we would make it, the host was so accommodating. The outdoor set up is so nice, our whole family (my husband and I, 6 kids) really enjoyed watching a movie together and being able to eat together at the table. Not to mention the park is so close we could sit in chairs in the driveway and watch our kids...
