"I want to thank all of the employees at this hotel for making this stay for me and my mom a wonderful experience. This is a beautiful hotel with a beautiful location. When we arrived, I was incredibly sick at the airport and the driver, Steven, made sure that I was well taken care of. He called the hotel to let them know I was sick and for them to send a doctor to the room. The doctor checked me and my mom. She is an excellent doctor and she has an office in that hotel so in terms of health, you’re very well taken care of at this hotel. Our only issue was that there is very loud music playing daily at the breakfast area which is where our room was located. We spoke to a manager named Obsheka (I hope I spelled that right). She changed our room and I hope she gets a raise because she was just so kind and warm and welcoming and made me feel like she was my sister. My mom and I think she’s the best. I really want to thank her for giving us a great experience at this hotel and we hope to see her again on our next trip there. "

"Manisha from the front office was incredibly hospitable and helpful. I liked the decor and materials used at the hotel and she went above and beyond to help me locate potential vendors whom I could work with the procure the raw materials. Otherwise, the restaurant options were fantastic, and service impeccable. "

"Great place but with the new Metro construction getting to and from the airport (about 400 yards away) is a real challenge and a huge traffic jam. So allow an extra 30 minutes or so."

"The stay at the Trident was amazing. We came here for our honeymoon and it did not disappoint! The room was spacious and clean at all times, the staff were SO friendly and helpful with everything. Especially Ramaiah, Ketaki and Lovesh the housekeeping team who decorated our room with congratulations balloons and even got us a small gift :-) The facilities in the hotel are great, the gym has lots of equipment, the lobby and cocktail bar are great for relaxing or doing work and the breakfast has so many good options! I would 100% recommend this hotel and would definitely stay again."
