Beautiful, spacious, perfectly presented 5-bedroom house in the heart of Forest Row village on the border of Kent and East Sussex, with great local pubs, restaurants and a 2 min walk to the local store. Forest Row lies within High Weald Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty. This is the perfect location for those, looking for an escape from the fast pace, or friends on a jaunt from London for a wedding or family event.

The space
Arranged over 3 floors with living room, large kitchen/diner opening to garden deck, dining room and wash room on the ground floor, 3 double bedrooms and family bathroom with roll top bath to the 1st floor, with a further 2 bedrooms to the 2nd floor, with shower room. The property also benefits from a large deck, private garden, plunge pond for the brave. We are child and dog friendly.

Ideal location to explore the Kent & Sussex countryside, the Spa town of Royal Tunbridge Wells is a 20-minute drive and only 45-mins to the South Coast. 25 mins to Gatwick and 45 mins to London by train.

Guest access
IMPORTANT: There is a pond in the middle of the garden, which is very deep, please keep a very close eye on children and pets.

Please be aware if you have pets the garden may not be 100% secure as there are parts of the fence where wildlife accesses the garden and pets may escape.

Pets must be kept to the ground floor during your stay, no pets upstairs or on the furniture. If needed pets should be caged during the night to minimise barking.

Please remove shoes when entering the property.

Top floor bedrooms: There are no blinds on the skylight windows, so the rooms are bright when the suns up, it's either early bird up with the sparrows or an eye mask recommended.

Piano: The piano is quite precious, please do use, but be a little careful with it.

Plumbing: The house is old and has a personality, when turning on the taps in the morning, the house may cough and splutter a little. Air pockets build but nothing to worry about.

Perfect House
The house was absolutely perfect. The kitchen and back porch area were probably our favourites. Would definitely recommend as its super private yet you have access to restaurants, supermarket and coffee shops next door.
