"It was hard to find the property at first since it does not have the name listed outside, but the man with the short hair was always very accommodating from the very start. He walked all the way to where we were so he could guide us to the building. Additionally, he would answer any questions we had regarding local places and the best ways to get there, even about local food. With that said, the rooms were very small as well as some of the common areas. Overall, the staff made it better."

"The hotel is clean and well managed. Our room on the 12th floor was quiet. The breakfast buffet was quite good but always very busy with business groups and large tours. We stayed for 3 nights. The last two nights our air conditioning didn’t work properly. The maintenance tried to fix it, said they did, but it was not fixed. We got a fan which helped. But the location was great- loads of restaurants nearby and very safe. All staff were friendly, courteous and helpful. "
