"Perfect stay for our small family reunion, with a nice fenced backyard for the dogs. Comfortable space, well stocked kitchen with all the necessary cooking items and a grill on the deck outside. Good location for a quiet getaway with a great view of the stars; we could see the Milky Way!"

"Beautiful property and a working cattle ranch. Took the family and 2 grandkids. Fishing was a bit difficult, but lots of other fishing spots close by. We liked feeding the horses carrots. Cows were great to see all around. Ranch manager Tim was really helpful with tips. Nice ranch to hike all over. "

"We loved our short stay at this rental. The lack of wifi and limited service meant that we put down our phones and spent some real quality time together. We read books and mountain-gazed from the back porch. The house is definitely quirky, but not in a way that is unexpected for the area and we appreciated all of it’s unique details. We were in town for a wedding and this home was the perfect respite from the social overstimulation of a large celebration."

"Cassie was extremely responsive and accommodating and she takes pride in the Collier Hotel property. It is clean, comfortable, and neat. All of us appreciate older architecture so we had that added bonus. We used the kitchen a lot as well as the dining area.The separate living room contributed to our enjoyment and especially that of the kids (ages 9-20). "We came to Yreka to spread our brother’s ashes and clean up our parent’s property. This was the perfect place for the four of us to stay and we were very comfortable. Our host was attentive and supplied us with everything we needed. We would stay here again in a heart beat❤️"

"Our stay was mostly good with some confusion tossed in. There weren’t enough towels for the four of us, but that was resolved fairly quickly with brand new towels. It was unclear as to who was supposed to be dumping the “tank” and where to empty the trash. It’s a decent trailer, in a convenient location and very reasonable. After an unexpected change in our previously arranged lodging, and despite the confusion, I’m glad it was there!"
