"Loved how close it was to the beach. Our attendant Shawn was amazing and helpful with any questions we had.
The only downside was how expensive the local restaurants were. Given the area, it was to be expected though. And the food was delicious. "
"Our plane landed at 9:00 AM and check in wasn't until 4. When we arrived at the hotel, not only were they able to store our luggage for us, they gave us access to the property with a temporary key card. Clemuel, checked to see if he could get us checked in early and he was able to deliver. His customer service was absolutely amazing and our room view was incredible. We will definitely be back. Thank you Clemuel and the staff at the Conrad for being absolutely on point with everything. We appreciate it."
"This was our 18th stay at the Lago Mar. We love it! We were upgraded to a wonderful room. Loved everything. Initially we were taken aback by the substantial increase in the cost of a set up, but the new lounge chairs are nice. Probably will limit number of set ups in the future and use the pool. $62 for a set up is a little high for us! Otherwise great! "

"This is my 3rd time staying at this hotel for competitions taking place at the swimming all of fame which is just across the street. Hotel is very clean and close to many amenities. It's been recently renovated and we finally had access to the pool. It could be a bit bigger with more chairs but not detrimental for me returning to this hotel."
