This resort adds on so many fees that the fees cost more than the actual cost of the stay i booked through expedia. The hotel was run down the room was old and the hallway carpet was stained and smelled like mold. The room had no kitchen. No fridge. They also do not run ac in the hallway or the elevator so its really hot in those area. There was ONE elevator and it was the slowest elevator on the planet. The pool heater was broken.it felt nothing like a resort it was basically just a glorified hotel. I will never stay here again NOT worth the price.

Overall it was a good stay for two nights before leaving on a cruise. Beach was great! Pool was small and the water was cold but the kids still loved it. Room smelled a little musty but was clean.

We were not able to use our VIP Amenity because there were 30 men at the bar with only 1 person working it ! We had to leave and find somewhere else to eat. We gave our free drink tickets away. So disappointing they left this man to work alone causing you to loose customers that were staying at the hotel 😡

The hallway was run down, carpets dirty and torn. In room very dirty, carpet was damp. Would never stay there again. The location and pool were the highlights.

It is a dated hotel with low budget simple rooms, but the view is incredible and there is a great deal of really good dining options near by. The staff is very friendly as well. You will have a daily resort fee and a $20/ day parking fee if booking by a third party.

Wife and I had a great time at plunge. The beach was amazing, always lots of loungers out. Room was clean and comfortable, we got an ocean front room, well worth it! Downside was thier beach bar leaves somthing to be desired, expensive drinks that are mediocre at best. Kinda dirty and sticky, and they dont really service the beach, you have to go to the bar. We did walk to places we enjoyed more but would have been nice to have a better bar at our hotel. The downtown is a few blocks away so be prepared for that. Elevator also acts up frequently, we usually took the stairs. Every staff member was friendl, and there are alot of them.

We wanted an early check in. I reserved a king room. They told us they would upgrade us to get us checked in. They upgraded us to a double bed room. That can’t be considered an upgrade. Great view. Room was not clean. Bathroom was gross. Toilet wouldn’t flush well and WE HAD NO HOT WATER FOR SHOWERS. We only needed one shower so I didn’t complain as I had no time to get to the front desk. We were there on a time crunch and had two events. Again. No hot water and toilet would barely flush. Staff was kind. Good restaurant and pool. Great view of the beach. Not clean. Would not stay here again.
