The interior of the apartment looks just like the pictures. What made this property horrible was the lack of concern when it comes to responding to a major issue. The plumbing in the master bathroom stopped working the first night upon arrival. An email was sent early enough to have a plumber come out. Nothing so then there was another issue with the second bathroom. The company was notified by email and still nothing was done to correct the issue. Then there was another email sent advising of ants and what was the status of the plumber. In every email it was the same sorry apologize but nothing to fix it. I will never go back to this property or any property associated with Tucker. I ultimately left and still have not heard back from management or anyone.

Place looked impeccable on Expedia site. Upon arrival, we realized that it was nothing like the pictures. Unit was a refurbished old old apartment with a terrible paint job, defective appliances and broken sofa bed, mattress coils were busted, cracking wood frame, bath tissue holder broken, paper towel missing, dirty dishes, broken coffee mugs. It is a nice location. An experienced hospitality team and a little tlc, can instantly improve the experience. Can’t relax on a vacation in a place where bed creeks and sofa sinks.

We had 3 units for a family get-together and lacrosse tournament. The 3 bedroom units were plenty big for each big family. Plenty of room and pots and pans for cooking if we wanted. Close to the airboat ride. Close to the airport (only bad thing the noise sometimes if outside) and lots of grocery and restaurant options nearby. Kids played pickle ball and volleyball. Pools not heated but didn't seem to mind. Bring your own balls and racquets Beach about half hour away for lots of fun.

It was conveniently located, supermarket very close by, gas station and some fast food restaurants. I recommend checking that the washer and dryer work, since ours wasn't working and it took them a few days to get it fixed. We found that calling instead of texting them works much better and gets things done faster. We would recommend staying here, we had a great time.

The apartment we were in was in desperate need of renovation - peeling bathtubs, squeaky beds, old and dirty balcony screens. Subpar cleanness level - floors were not cleaned for a while, rug full of pet hair, stained couch among other. There was an issue with a door lock, which did not lock, and the much needed support from the virtual reception desk was seriously lacking - the person on the other side of the line did not believe me that I am not an idiot and asked me to record a video showing that it actually doesn't work instead of sending someone to fix it. Then they said that there is no one on the premises and they don't know when there will be someone around to fix the problem. Well, that turned out to be not true, the maintenance person turned out to be in the apartment next door. I ended up finding him myself and asking to fix the problem, after more than an hour of wait, not being able to leave an apartment that doesn't lock, half an hour on the line with the less than unhelpful person from virtual reception. One of the days we came back into the apartment and realized that someone was there while we were gone (they left a note) - a maintenance person who cleaned up the dryer, causing everything in the kitchen to be covered by a thick layer of lint dust. And let's not forget the brown water. As it turns out, every other place we visited in the surroundings has regular, colorless water, I guess they have invested in the filters. Quite a disappointing experience.
