Visit Gulf Place 75 yards from Santa Rosa’s beautiful white sandy beaches, surrounded by three pools (2 heated), Jacuzzi, tennis, shuffle board, biking and walking trails.

We are just 10 minutes & 6 miles away from Seaside and Watercolor.

Barbecue grills on property. Within Gulf Place there are 5 restaurants, a bank, pharmacy, nail salon, bike and Yolo board rental, day spa, beach souvenir shop, cosmetics boutique, artist colony, fine art gallery, and several clothing shops to spend a leisurely hour or so and then off to the beach park to watch the sunset.

There are also several attractive golf courses within easy reach.

Enjoy "Fun in the Santa Rosa Sun", relax on the beach, see first-run movies and concerts on the lawn, a drink on the patio or join in the fun of the jazz festivals and wine festivals in the spring. Gulf Place Cabanas 110 has been tastefully decorated to the highest standards, easily sleeping four to six guests with a pillow-topped exceptionally comfortable King size bed, two bunks in a separate private area, and a Queen-size sofa bed.

Being on the ground floor, guests have no hassle with stairs or elevators - just park your car and walk right in.

The kitchen is fully equipped and leads to a comfortable living room with Cable HDTV and Blue Ray DVD. Fully air-conditioned/heated, linens provided, washer/dryer available. No pets and no smoking. Guests are required to be 25 years-of-age and older.

The Kitchen has granite work surfaces. In case you need to get in touch with the outside world connection to the internet is provided free of charge via wireless. Bicycles can be rented and will be delivered to the condo by Big Daddy's Bicycles.

Gulf place is the perfect location on 30A. It’s super relaxed and doesn’t have the craziness of the eastern parts (Seaside or Rosemary Beach) yet only 10 min away. The beach is literally across the street with NO boundary issues the rest of 30a beaches seem to have. The shopping and amazing restaurants are a 3 min walk. The only negatives we had were not being provided paper towels or napkins. The bedding and furniture were nice. Highly recommend this complex or the Caribbean building if you need a 2 bedroom.

Great vacation spot!
We had a wonderful vacation staying here. The condo was equipped with everything we needed, great location near many amazing restaurants and activities, and a quiet, relaxing place to enjoy the beach with the family. Chris was a great host and always readily available if we were to need anything at all. We would definitely stay here again.

Great vacation spot
Loved the convenience of this condo. Beach, pool and restaurants all a quick walk away. The owner was extremely helpful answering any questions and checking to ensure you had everything needed during the stay. Will definitely check out again when we return to 30A.

Great Last Minute Getaway!
The condo in Santa Rosa was very efficient and convenient. Good location for the walk to beach as well as driving to Destin and Miramar restaurants. Good size for couple with two small children. Convenient to grocery store as well!

Excellent condo in fabulous location
The condo is well taken care of and in the best location. Just steps away from the beach, pool, and fabulous restaurants! Chris was so helpful in recommending restaurants and things to do as well as letting us know what local events were taking place while we were there. The beach area is not too crowded and the water was beautiful while we were there. We have found a spot that we will go back to again and again!

My two sisters and I spent a long weekend in Santa Rosa visiting cousins. This was a perfect space for us. The condo was very clean and had everything we needed to have a great weekend. The Groce's were fantastic hosts with emails and texts containing all information needed and more about things to do and places to go! The location was perfect.

We had a great time and everything was nice. Everything was convenient and relaxing. The one thing that was bothersome was the pool had trash in it and the hot tub was not working. We went to another pool and the hot tub worked there.

Very nice place!
We stayed here with our 4 kiddos, and this was such a great place! My kids could walk right out the back door to the pool which was very accommodating for us! Beach was easily accessible as well. Just a few short steps away. We rented bikes nearby, ate dinner out, visited souvenir shops, and had ice cream for dessert - ALL in the neighborhood! Owner makes it VERY easy to rent and get in touch with him.

We love GULFPLACE! Santa Rosa rocks!
We have stayed at Gulfplace twice this winter, and we love it! What's not to love? Wonderful town, far enough from the busy world of Destin and Seaside, lots of adventuring on bikes, quiet when you need it, city life close enough to meet your needs. Plus, these cabanas are in the perfect location in the city of Santa Rosa. Don't hesitate, book today! Super excited for our next Gulfplace vacation!

My wife and I had a great time while we were there, The owner was more than accommodating. The pool is very nice and only a few steps from the patio. We wish we would have booked sometime in June or July so we could have enjoyed the concerts at Gulf Place. The only negative would be the upstairs neighbors were noisy.

It's the little things.....
This was not our first condo vacation rental, but was definitely one of the best. Chris gave us a lot of info on the area before we arrived, and text us while we were there with concert info. We felt like he was always available for questions. The complex is nice. We did not eat at the restaurants, but did go to the bar for drinks and a band. The condo itself is very well equipped. The bed was very comfortable and the location is great. Highly recommend it!

Great stay, great owner
The property was very well appointed and well situated right across from the beach and directly next to shops and a nice pizza place. I greatly appreciated the owner's proactive communications. He sent several preliminary emails with information on the area as well as checking in via text a couple times over the weekend. He made me feel at home with his approach. We had zero problems, but I am confident that if we had any issues or questions he would have been on top of it and given his proactive communication I would have not hesitated to contact him. Overall, a great winter stay for us.

Very Nice Accomodations
Extremely clean throughout. Easy access to the beach and the location is perfect for places to see, shop, and eat. Very well equipped with eating supplies especially the pots, pans, food containers, and spices. Couch very comfortable. Living room chairs are not too comfortable for TV watching and reading. Clothes washer and dryer on our floor were poor and need an update. Wi-Fi and Internet Service could be better. Overall, we enjoyed our stay very much and the owners could not be any more attentive and caring.

Truly Awesome
We absolutely LOVED our stay in Santa Rosa area. These owners are outstanding in every way. The condo was spotless and perfect for our needs. We have two young children that loved their bunk beds and all the great beach toys that were available in the box on the patio. Destin was just a short drive (about 15-20 minutes on a light traffic day) and we only spent one day there being real tourists. The pool is just a few short steps away from the back door and the beach is just across the street. The big-wheeled beach cart was very useful for hauling our stuff to the surf. We slept well in the beds and the kitchen is fully stocked for cooking, although we mostly had sandwiches and donuts, but we were on vacation. Thanks so much to Chris for all his helpful hints about places to go and things to do. We spent every evening on the back patio listening to the frogs sing us songs. We would certainly rent this condo in the future.

Quaint Condo
We stayed at the beginning of June 2023. The condo was much smaller than we thought. It was about 600 sq ft. We've stayed at other condos with bunk rooms, which are fantastic with two teenagers. However, this time it felt too small and cluttered. There are extra shelves throughout to help with storage, but honestly there's too much furniture. The condo was clean and the AC worked great. The kitchen was stocked with plenty of pots, pans, and even had several seasonings available. The couch is uncomfortable (hard and no fluff left) and might be at the end of its life. There was a newer chair in the living room that was comfortable, but it was squeezed in front of the patio door and desk. There really is too much furniture for the small space. The bunk room beds were comfortable, but the main bedroom mattress needs to be replaced. It is hard and has two sinking spots and a hump left in the middle. The patio included a large closed bin of beach and pool toys, chairs, beach umbrella, etc. This was fantastic and much appreciated. The beach access was literally across the street; however, once you are on the beach you have to walk a good ways until you arrive at the section for this condo group. The beach directly to the left and right are all private for the houses. There is a shower station to wash off from the beach which was also great. We found plenty of food places within walking distance of the condo and several had bands in the evenings. Overall our stay was nice.
